Best aspects were the rooftop pool with good shade cover, clean bedding, and the perfectly arranged wedding. The hotel staff were attentive and the location and parking were convenient.

Worst aspects? Hard to think of anything.

Stay in the hotel was acceptable though i had to request for room cleaning on 3 occasions. Need to improve on the food especially breakfast as not much variety.

Breakfast was good. It was not the usual buffet that you normally have in most hotels. It was set menu but it was good. Portion and food quality were good. I was with my family attending a wedding party. The party organisation was average.

The manager in duty was not proffesional at all. He tried to charge extra 50 aed on top of what I have booked via Booked.net . I gave him the reservation confirmation document and I have also phone two day prior to my arrival to the hotel to confirm the reservation. I phoned Booked.net to complain. It was sorted after that but really people like this man would really damage the reputation of the hotel. The fan of the ac in the room can not be controlled either on or off.

The staff were helpful, bedding was comfortable and clean, rooftop pool was great with good shade cover, location and parking were good.

1- Our room was 101. The sound of the bowling went on until 2am and we could not sleep!!! 2- Our magnetic keys had to be recharged 2-3x daily even though we kept them away from the mobile telephones and that was also a gig nuisance!!

We had a fantastic experience at this place. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met. The beds were comfortable, although a bit uneven on one side. The bedding was soft and clean, providing a cozy night's sleep. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a great escape with plenty of shade and impeccable cleanliness. The location and parking were convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings.

The hotel has a great location, very convenient. One of the best aspects of my stay was the parking; it was easy to find and always available. The rooftop pool was a great feature; clean, well-maintained with good shade cover, and the staff were very attentive.

There were several things that could have been better. The swimming pool was advertised, but it was out of order when I arrived. Also, some of the amenities in the room were not up to standard. The TV didn't work properly, and some of the lights were not functioning. Furthermore, there was no tea or coffee facility in the room, which was disappointing. it was just an okay experience.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. the breakfast was amazing with a delicious variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect with easy access to all the main attractions in the area. On top of that, the rooftop pool was lovely, with clean and comfortable sun loungers.

Located conveniently with good parking, this hotel offers attentive and helpful staff. Enjoy a comfortable bed, with clean and soft bedding. You may also enjoy indulging in the rooftop pool with shade cover, which is maintained extremely well. the breakfast is incredibly tasty and served individually, however, some may prefer a buffet-style option.
